Cheryl Cole has been named the world's best dressed celebrity for the second year running.
Fellow judge Minogue was named sixth best dressed woman in the list compiled by Glamour magazine, but her sister Kylie - until now a permanent fixture in the ranking - failed to make the top 50.
She was replaced by fashion newcomers including eccentric pop star Lady Gaga, award-winning songwriter Florence Welch and actress Anna Friel.
R&B artist Rihanna's bold style propelled her to second place in the list, while US Gossip Girls actress Blake Lively took third position.
Meanwhile, fashion stalwarts Victoria Beckham and Kate Moss both tumbled down the top 10, being overtaken by actress Leighton Meester and TV presenter Alexa Chung.
The 8th annual Glamour Best Dressed Women List 2010 - compiled from around 14,000 votes - appears with the May issue of the magazine, on sale from April 8.
