Five’s new reality show Don’t Stop Believing has shifted to an early timeslot following a ratings drop.
The Emma Bunton-fronted series moved from a 7pm slot to 8pm last Sunday, but only drew 587,000 viewers and a 2.4% audience share. The figures were a significant drop from the 1.43 million and 6.6% share of the opening episode.
This week’s heat, which will feature six more acts hoping to win the title of Britain’s best show choir, will air at 5.45pm, before the cricket highlights from England vs Pakistan.
Derbyshire’s DaleDiva became the latest act to reach the grand final on last Sunday’s programme, following their performance of Beyoncé’s ‘Single Ladies’.
Meanwhile, Australia’s Network Ten confirmed last month that it had bought the rights to the reality show, which will be produced by Shine Australia in 2011.
