If your teen years were anything like ours, The Spice Girls ruled your world. We can vividly remember the day the movie Spice World came out and we clamored to the theater with all our girlfriends (over 20 of us in tow) to get prime seats on opening day in order to sing along with Posh, Baby, Scary, Sporty and Ginger. Not only did the Spice Girls seemingly provide a role model for every “type” of girl, but also they were all incredibly fit! And while we’ll venture to guess that singing and dancing for hours on end would whip any of us into midriff baring shape, for those of us with a bit less time on our hands than that required for a full-time pop-star gig (unpaid, of course, because, let’s be honest here, if we had the vocal chops for a signing career we would have gone that route years ago!), former Spice Girl Mel B (AKA Scary Spice) is here to help us out!
With a new PlayStation fitness program out now, (which takes advantage of Sony’s brand new Move technology,) Mel B is quickly becoming our favorite personal trainer (and virtual BFF too). And although the former rock star (and Dancing With The Stars Contestant!) doesn’t have any formal fitness training, she’s been working with FitnessFirst (a chain of gyms in the U.K.), has learned everything she can about health and fitness and even wrote a book! Plus, let’s be honest here, her body is pretty much all the accreditation we need anyway! And with “get fit” pledges topping many of your New Year’s resolution lists (we asked, you told, we weren’t surprised!), we can’t help but think that taking a high-energy workout-like stroll down memory lane with one of our favorite Spice Girls is just about the most fun way to get fit that we can think of.

As far as we can tell (from our obsession with the Spice Girls days!), you’ve always been in great shape. Have you always had a passion for health and fitness?
No I haven’t. When I had my last baby, Angel, 3 1/2 years ago, I put on at least 75 lbs and the baby only weighed 5. I thought, “If I don’t start working out now, I’m never going to do it.” I was 32 and it’s true what they say: once you hit your 30s, your metabolism starts slowing down. So I thought it was better late than never. I literally threw myself into the fitness world. Found workouts that I liked, took different classes and started enjoying it.
You have a new Playstation workout out now, what sets it apart from the other fitness programs on the market?
When I saw the technology in this program, I jumped at the chance to be involved. It’s such an exciting way to get in shape and is unlike anything else on the market. The program includes over 250 exercises to strengthen, tone, increase flexibility and promote aerobic fitness – so definitely includes a big chunk of exercises that I do! And the program uniquely combines nutrition, personalization (which tracks your likes, dislikes and goals) and technology so it’s like having a personal fitness coach in your home. It’s all about motivating people to Get Fit – whether mom, dad, cousin, niece – it’s tailored for everyone. You can tone it down or amp it up – to get the best exercise possible. If you don’t know how to workout – this game will teach you. I didn’t understand until I could play it myself but it’s really unlike anything else on the market.
What do you do to stay fit now?
I enjoy running and doing aerobics. Drench high-energy kickboxing classes or Barry’s Boot Camp. And I love hiking outside.
If you could give women just 1 piece of advice with regard to health, fitness or nutrition, what would it be?
Half the battle of being fit and healthy is getting yourself in the gym – the hardest part is getting there. Get the initial head start and that’s half the battle.
Do you have any other fitness tricks up your (super-toned) sleeve?
Running and walking (especially alternating) in intervals and cross training!

Melanie Brown was starstruck when she met Jennifer Lopez.
The former Spice Girls star did her best to be “cool” when the ‘Get Right’ singer and her husband Marc Anthony approached her and spouse Stephen Belafonte, but inside she was really nervous about meeting the ‘American Idol’ judge.
She said: “I was staying in the Beverly Hills Hotel recently and Jennifer Lopez and her husband, Marc Anthony came over to say hello. I played it cool, but inside I was like, ‘oh my f***ing God! And Marc is so nice. We spent the whole night chatting to him at Alicia Keys’ party.”
Stephen added: “He was hanging out with us and he’s got such a great sense of humour.”
Although Mel was starstruck when she met Jennifer, the pair have a mutual friend in common in the British singer’s former bandmate Victoria Beckham.
Though the Spice Girls are no longer together, Mel loves to meet up with her pal, who is now a fashion designer, because she is such good company. She said: “Victoria is very funny, she’s got a dry sense of humour.”

As the 'face' for a fitness group, Mel B has to practice what she preaches and here she is being put through her paces.
Scary Spice, in black and lime green gym wear, looked svelte as she filmed a video in a London park with two fitness instructors last week.
The mother-of-two, 35, who was also wearing a pair of bright pink trainers and had her extremely long hair loose, is fronting a new set of classes for Fitness First. It includes a boxing-style warm-up and full body workout which will help those striving for the star's enviable washboard stomach.
The former singer is also said to be in talks to be a judge on the U.S. version of X Factor, which starts next year. But she was also tipped to take part in the UK show while Dannii Minogue was off on maternity leave and it never happened.
The position was filled by a range of stars including Katy Perry, Geri Halliwell, Pixie Lott, Natalie Imbruglia and Nicole Scherzinger. Despite now living in LA most of the year, she is also endorsing its International Fitness Week for the third year in a row.
Melanie, who is originally from Leeds, lives there with second husband movie producer Stephen Belafonte and their family. She has an 11-year-old daughter Phoenix by first husband Jimmy Gulzar and three-year-old Angel with actor Eddie Murphy. The couple, who have been married for three years, are said to be talking about having a child of their own sometime next year.
Meanwhile, the former Spice Girl is also working on the band's musical Viva Forever which is being written by Jennifer Saunders. Her reality series Mel B: It's A Scary World about her family life in LA is currently being shown on Style.

A report in the Daily Star suggested the Spice Girl would be the first celebrity announced for the tenth series of the ITV1 reality show.
The newspaper said producers had been trying to persuade the outspoken 35-year-old to take part for several years as they believe she would create ‘explosive TV’, and were delighted she had finally signed up.
No one was more surprised to hear the news than Scary Spice herself.
She tweeted: ‘No no no noooo I am not doing the show “I’m a celebrity get me outta here” not me, they got it wrong as usual silly billys!!!!’
The singer recently launched her own fly-on-the-wall reality TV show, Mel B: It’s A Scary World, on the Style Network in both the US and the UK.

Melanie Brown has become the latest name attached to feature in the next series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!.
The former Spice Girl could join other rumoured stars Jedward, Chico, John Leslie and the Chuckle Brothers in entering the jungle.
A source told Heat: "Mel B will make explosive television. She's got a gob on her and she speaks her mind. She is quite a force to be reckoned with, so heaven help the celebs - and the wildlife!"
The singer is currently in the UK to promote her reality show It's A Scary World. The next series of I'm A Celebrity... will be its tenth edition.

Melanie Brown has revealed that she is making a comeback to music. The former Spice Girl, who currently stars in reality show It's A Scary World, has recorded a new single with American rapper Ludacris.
"I am beyond excited. With me and him together it's gonna be a winner," Music Rooms quotes her as saying. "My track sounds amazing. I can't wait for everyone to hear it."
Ludacris, who recently featured on Justin Bieber's hit 'Baby', initially joked with the singer that he would not feature on the song because she wasn't "serious" about her music.
"I know it's been so long since you really got back into that music world. But I don't know how serious you are about this thing," he said, before adding: "Nah man, I'm just joking. I'm definitely gonna make it happen - I love the song!"

Mel B has reportedly revealed that her former Spice Girl bandmates are still her "best friends".
She admitted that Geri Halliwell, Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton and Mel Chisholm are the "loves of her life" and that she enjoyed touring with them in 2007.
She told the Daily Mail: "I've had affairs with all the Spice Girls as far as I'm concerned - they're the loves of my life. We are always in touch with each other. We're supportive of each other because we've known each other a long time. When we were younger, it was five girls who had our periods together, so we screamed at each other, but we all made up afterwards."
The 35-year-old said that their reunion was a lot different to when they first started out in 1994.
She explained: "The first time we did it, it was sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll, and the last time it was all nappies and dummies. But I got to travel the world with my four best friends. What could be any better than that?"
Speaking about new Spice Girls musical Viva Forever, Mel B added: "I don't know yet if it's going to be based on our real stories or a fabricated story. We've talked about 20,000 different storylines, but it's down to five and we'll all have to agree. There are no plans for a movie yet, but that would be great."

Just like the Spice Girls, we never thought these would see the light of day again. But if the girl band can be reunited, so can Mel B and her two-year-old trousers, as the pop star proved today.
Mel, 35, stepped out in London this afternoon in a pair of tight leather lace-up pants which she first wore for the Spice Girls reunion tour in 2008.
Mel flaunted the kinky look as she arrived back at her hotel after a day of promoting her new reality TV show. And the star, who has turned into a prolific Tweeter recently, took to the social networking page to show off her trousers.
And while most people would have assumed that the tight trousers would be uncomfortable, Mel soon put them straight.
She posted up a picture of her wearing the trousers and wrote: 'Loving my 2008 spice girls "hollar" leather pants!!! Sooo comfy!'
She had been out and about promoting her new reality TV show It's A Scary World and was a guest on Heart FM this morning.
Her fellow Spice Girl Emma Bunton, 34, hosts her own show on the station in the afternoon but sadly the two girls missed each other, with Mel taking to her Twitter again to announce: 'On my way to heart fm radio!!!! Boo hoo @EmmaBuntonHeart won't be there ahhhhh!!!! But let's meet up for tea before we leave!!'

In the late nineties, no one -- whether they liked it or not -- could escape the campy UK pop sideshow that was the Spice Girls. From their gravity-defying platforms to ridiculous dye jobs and "Girl Power" slogans, the quintet quickly infiltrated Ameican pop-culuture. (I was completely fascinated by them, and my first foray into "journalism" was an online newsletter called The Spice Gazette -- complete with typos, plagiarism and lots of zig-a-zig-aaah! ) Fast forward to today, and the Spice Girls are all grown up, with former members like Geri Halliwell hanging up her latex Union Jack dress to serve as a United Nations goodwill ambassador and Victoria Beckham becoming an increasingly relevant player in the fashion world with her clothing line.
Former Spice Girl Melanie Brown, a/k/a Mel B. or "Scary Spice," has kept her status as an American pop culture fixture over the years, becoming a gossip blog mainstay via paternity struggles with Eddie Murphy (the two have a three-year-old daughter, Angel), the Spice Girls' massive reunion tour, and a near victory on Dancing With The Stars. Naturally, the next step was a reality show. The Style Network's Mel B: It's A Scary World, which debuted in September, documents her jam-packed life as a star and a mother and, like all good reality television, is easy to get sucked into on a lazy afternoon.
PAPERMAG recently caught up with the lovely Ms. B for a spicy chit-chat (in which I really just wanted to ask every Spice Girl-related question I've had on my mind since I was 11...), to talk about upcoming projects (like a solo album and a Spice Girls musical), crying when Halliwell quit, and why she'll always be Scary Spice.
What made you sign up for a reality show?
Well, I figured people are judging me anyway and writing stuff that's completely wrong -- I've been in my own reality show for the past three or four years. My husband and I sat down with each other and were like, "What do we have to lose?" People already are talking shit about us. They're creating an opinion and a judgment off of us that's not even a fact. What the heck? Why not do it?
We're a confident, proud, quirky family and got nothing to hide. Don't get me wrong, it's hard work filming the show. We did a little bit of a test one with our crew for ten days prior to signing the reality show deal. And the kids were the ones that actually loved it. The cameras don't interfere with our life, they just capture what we do on a daily basis. It was really a no-brainer to be honest.
We hear you're working on a solo album! Do you have Details?
I'm in the middle of recording the album. In episode nine or ten, you get to see me record my single and perform it. All of that's coming and I don't want to spoil it.
And there's going to be a Spice Girls' musical?
We're in the really, really early creative stages with Judy Kramer who did Mamma Mia the movie and the musical. Simon Fuller had a great idea to team up with her. We're coming up with scenarios with this story line and that story line. It'll not come out 'til 2012, so we've got quite a ways to go. It's really exciting. We're texting and tweeting each other constantly.
You kicked ass as Mimi in RENT! Are you eyeing any Broadway roles in your future?
Yeah, I was thinking about doing that. It's hard work but it's a lot of fun. There's nothing like getting up and doing eight shows a week.
Is it safe to say there's a little Scary Spice in Mimi?
Mimi's on crack! (laughs) But she's very vulnerable and out there. It was a good character to sink my teeth into. Such a great show.
So you're still pretty tight with the girls? I totally sobbed when Ginger left.
Me too! I think we all did. But that's all water under the bridge.
The Spice Girls' madness was compared to Beatle Mania. How did you deal with all of that while you were so young?
As it was happening, I don't think we realized the impact we had. We knew we had a message and us five girls were best friends on an exciting roller coaster journey. We didn't get too affected by the cameras or newspapers. We just had each other. It's really nice to say you toured the world with your four best friends.
The Spice Girls didn't have to deal with today's nutty digital age. How do you feel about Twitter, celebrity gossip blogs and the like?
I just started on Twitter a few weeks ago and I became obsessed. It's nice to have a direct contact with fans -- my fans can follow me and see what stupidness I write about. It's fun. As for celebrity blogs, sometimes I look at them and look at pictures and I'm like, "Oh, that dress is nice." It is what it is. In this day that we're living in right now, there's access to everything and anything. To me, I'd much rather hang out with my family. There weren't blogs back in the day, and sometimes it's interesting. But it doesn't really affect my day.
Let's go back to 1996 and the "Wannabe" video. Was it really shot in just one take and with your own outfits? Did you have any idea that the video would catapult the Spice Girls into international superstardom?
It was freezing cold and we had to get up at the crack of dawn. And we only had one makeup artist for all five of us girls. And we all brought our own clothes. From our own money too. It was definitely fun. We knew we had a positive, important message.
How do the other Spice Girls feel about your show?
Ultimately, I'm gonna get all the Spice Girls on my show. Now they're watching it. They're such fans of it. Before, they were like, "Oh my God, are you sure you're gonna do this? Let's just see a few episodes and then we'll definitely be a part of it." We're all really supportive of each other -- from Victoria's fashion line to what Emma's doing recently. We're all big fans of each other which is really nice.
The Spice Girls are all grown up! What would the nicknames be now if you could change them?
I'd never, never, never ever change it. There's always gonna be Scary Spice in me. It was this teeny bopper magazine that nicknamed us all. The fans seemed to like it, we seemed to like it. It just stuck with us. We were just like, "What the heck? That sounds cool."
Can you name your ultimate favorite Spice Girls' song?
That's a really difficult question. Because we wrote every single song with each other. Each and every one have a different scenario or means something different to us.
What are the proudest moments in your crazy life so far?
I've done so much! From meeting Nelson Mandela with the girls to me having Phoenix 11 years ago. I have four best friends that I love and adore, two beautiful kids, an adorable husband who sometimes does my head in but he's the love of my life. My life is good.
How do you feel about the '90s fashion resurgence. Are you ready to take out the leopard prints and platforms?
It's great! I still love leopard. I've saved so much stuff from back in the day. I was 18 and I'm 35 right now. I've still got my clothes to prove I wore all that stuff. We didn't have a stylist back in the day -- we just wore whatever we wanted to. As long as we felt good and looked good.
Do you have a dream musical collaboration?
Oh, it has happened for me! You'll have to wait and see my show...

To describe Mel B as scary might be a touch predictable, but you wouldn't want to test the former Spice Girl's patience in an enclosed space.
We're at her home in Los Angeles where Mel is getting ready to be interviewed. It's more than 90 degrees outside, hair and makeup-people are buzzing around her, as are a publicist, an assistant and her husband, who doesn't help the chaos by insisting Mel has damaged their car. 'You scratched it,' he says. 'Are you talking to me?' she replies. "You scratched the car.' 'Oh, whatever,' she harrumphs. 'He does my head in,' says Mel, 'but I love him to bits.'
Seven years of living in LA have done nothing to dilute 35-year-old Melanie Brown's Leeds accent. She came for a holiday, decided to stay, got hitched to Stephen Belafonte three years ago and has been here ever since. It's clear they have a feisty relationship, which makes Mel's latest venture a risky move.
The reality show Mel B: It's A Scary World starts in the UK next week. Are we ready for the Spicy equivalent of The Osbournes, as the cameras follow her and Stephen, her 11-year-old daughter Phoenix (by first husband Jimmy Gulzar) and three-year-old daughter Angel (by actor Eddie Murphy)? There's certainly the odd tiff on screen.
'You're a big, needy, bald baby,' Mel tells Stephen who complains about their lack of sex. It's like taking my food and water away from me,' he counters - she later gives him a foot massage as a peace offering. Me and my husband can scream at each other and two seconds later all is good,' Mel explains. 'We have therapy once a week, so I don't think there's going to be any breaking up.'
A few weeks ago, Stephen apparently phoned a journalist to say the couple were on the verge of divorce, although he now insists: 'No, I was talking about an assistant and there was a mix-up, that's all.'
They claim their union is solid enough to plan on having a child next year. And the divorce rumour coincided with the launch of the show in the U.S., which can't have harmed viewing figures.
Nor, of course, can the anticipation that Mel's former bandmates might make an appearance. After all, the five are working together on a Spice Girls musical, Viva forever.
'Last year we met Judy Craymer [who created the film and stage versions of Mamma Mia!] and Jennifer Saunders was mentioned as a writer and we loved her track record, so we hired them both.I don't know yet if it's going to be based on our real stories or a fabricated story. Years of touring together have helped the girls forge a lasting bond. 'I saw Mel C and Emma a couple of months ago,' says Mel. 'But Victoria travels a lot and so do I, so it's a bit harder.'
We meet just after David Beckham filed a lawsuit against prostitute Irma Nici for claiming they slept together - has Mel been in touch with Victoria to offer her support?
'We are always in touch with each other,' she says, giving me a look that could freeze butter.
'We're supportive of each other because we've known each other a long time. When we were younger, it was five girls who had our periods together, so we screamed at each other, but we all made up afterwards.'
Mel C once said the relationship between Geri and Mel B was very fiery, with blazing rows. 'Me and Mel C got into a few fights back in the day, too,' Mel laughs. 'But if we had a problem with each other, we'd discuss it and get on with it.'
Mel's ex, Jimmy Gulzar, once intimated the relationship between Mel and Geri may have gone further than just friendship, saying: 'Geri tried to put me down because she knew Mel liked me. I'm not saying any more - just that they were very close with each other.'
Did she and Geri have an affair? 'I've had affairs with all the Spice Girls as far as I'm concerned - they're the loves of my life.'
I've been told that any mention of Eddie Murphy is strictly forbidden. Mel had been dating the Beverly Hills Cop star four years ago when Murphy denied he was the father of her daughter Angel until a DNA test proved otherwise.
On the show Mel says: 'I was hanging my head in shame because people were asking: "Is that the father or isn't it?" People called me a gold digger, saying that I got pregnant on purpose. It was horrible.'
Murphy now sees Angel, who is the image of him, regularly, although she calls Stephen Daddy. Mel doesn't rule out another Spice Girls tour. 'The first time we did it, it was sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll and the last time it was all nappies and dummies. But I got to travel the world with my four best friends. What could be any better than that?'

Melanie Brown of the Spice Girls has said that she is "not proud" of having two children with different fathers.
The singer, who has 11-year-old daughter Pheonix Chi from her first marriage to Jimmy Gulzar, and 3-year-old Angel Iris from a relationship with actor Eddie Murphy, explained that she deals with the situation as well as she can, despite it not having been planned.
She told ITV1's Lorraine: "I've got two beautiful daughters by two different fathers -I'm not very proud of that but it is what it is so I have to act accordingly - I'm all about peace and harmony."
The 35-year-old added that she is content that Murphy is involved in his daughter's life, and that media speculation about their romance was often inaccurate.
"The press built this up to something that it actually wasn't," Mel B explained. "Me and Eddie have a good relationship - he sees his daughter. They have a birthday on the same day [and] he threw a lovely birthday party for her this year."

If this is a preview of the exciting life soon to be seen on her new reality show, there may be cause for concern.
Mel B took over her 67,000 followers' Twitter feeds as she tweeted her way through a marathon four-hour hair appointment. The former Spice Girl uploaded 'before', 'during' and 'after' pictures as she got her long hair lightened by celebrity colourist Kim Vo.
She started off by telling her fans about the day of pampering she had in store: 'Ahh beauty day today, spray tan then off to kim vo for my hair done!'
The 35-year-old then carried on a conversation over the social networking site with Vo, who has also tamed the manes of Britney Spears, Kate Hudson and Pamela Anderson, and appeared on reality show Shear Genius.
They decided on putting in highlights after agreeing that 'Blondes do have fun :)So, maybe a little blonder:)xoxo.'
She uploaded a blurry photo before the hours-long appointment began, with the caption 'This is my before hair colour, gonna go a little lighter, here we go guys!!!'
Mel appeared a little apprehensive with her head covered in foils, tweeting 'Omg I'm going in deep guys!!!' but vanity clearly wasn't an issue as she published a picture that would send most women running for cover.
The end result pleased the singer though. She wrote: 'Omg this hair colour is to dye for@KimVoHair just getting it blown out right now can't wait to show you all!' and didn't keep her fans in suspense for long, uploading a photo of the finished product soon after.
Mel kept herself entertained throughout the marathon salon appointment by tweeting celebrity friends including Denise Richards, Christina Milian and Kim Kardashian.
She also wrote to former band mate Victoria Beckham in response to the designer's tweet that she was heading back to the UK to which Mel replied 'Nice see you there, leaving tomoz for london!!!!'
Mel will fly to London tomorrow to promote her reality TV show Its a Scary World, which premières here on October 11th.
Early episodes of the series, which premièred in the US on September 5th, shows Mel B breaking down discussing her paternity battle with Eddie Murphy with her therapist, performing with the Pussycat Dolls, and enjoying a romantic birthday meal with husband Stephen Belafonte.

Melanie B has revealed that her daughter does not refer to Eddie Murphy as 'daddy'.
The former Spice Girl's 3-year-old daughter Angel apparently considers the singer's husband Stephen Belafonte to be her father, despite DNA paternity test results proving that Murphy is the girl's biological parent.
Mel B told New: "Eddie and I have been in contact on and off for the last three years. He's been playing a part of her life for quite some time now, but Angel sees Stephen as her dad. Obviously he's not her biological dad but she calls him daddy."
The 35-year-old also described how difficult it was for her during the pregnancy, but insisted that she did not let it get her down for too long.
"I moved to the beach when I was pregnant with Angel and my mum came to live with me," she explained. "Obviously the situation was a bit tricky but I just got on with it. I'm not one to wallow. I might for a few hours but then I'll snap out of it."

They've had a few reported bust-ups of late - but former Spice Girl Melanie Brown and husband Stephen Belafonte were so determined to show a united front last night, they even co-ordinated their outfits.
The couple looked like a matchy-matchy made in heaven as they left exclusive Los Angeles restaurant Mr Chow after sharing a Chinese meal together. And their taste in shades seemed somewhat Scary, with Mel opting for a figure-hugging purple and black shift dress, with her husband wearing a matching purple shirt and even accessorised with a little lilac and black shopping bag.
It was claimed at the end of August that Mel's movie producer husband, who's also her business manager, rang a UK journalist to claim that their three year marriage was over. But since then, Mel, 35, has launched her own reality TV show Mel B: It's A Scary World on the Style Channel and their relationship appears to be back on track.
Brown and Belafonte, also 35, quietly married in Las Vegas in June 2007, before renewing their vows in Egypt a year later, and Stephen is stepdad to Mel's daughters from previous relationships, Angel, three, and Phoenix, 11.
When asked about her alleged marriage woes last month on Chelsea Lately's chatshow, Mel remained somewhat non-committal about the state of her relationship.
She said: 'Somebody said that we were getting divorced.... No! 'Not yet, anyway.'
Brown's show meanwhile chronicles her every day life as she juggles her career with family life. It's due to show the latest episode in Mel's homelife, where she lived up to her Scary nickname by refusing to let daughter Phoenix go on a date on her own.
Instead, Mel insisted going as chaperone when her daughter and hapless date John went for a trip to a Los Angeles bowling alley.
She said: 'Phoenix and John were getting a little touchy-feely. I was thinking this is looking like a real date. She’s 11 years old, I’m stepping in, it’s time for me to end the date. They were holding hands and standing a bit close. Hopefully Phoenix isn’t mad at me.'

Melanie Brown has expressed sympathy for Michael Bolton after his Dancing With The Stars exit on Tuesday.
The former Spice Girl, who was a contestant on the reality series in 2007, told Access Hollywood that she can understand how upset Bolton must have been to hear judge Bruno Tonioli's criticism of his performance.
"That show can be really stressful," she stated. "You're rehearsing every single day, and then you get like, scores that low - I can understand his feelings were hurt." She continued: "And then to be booted off? Not cool."
Despite sharing her compassion for the 'When A Man Loves A Woman' singer, Mel B commented that Tonioli's remarks to Bolton were not as severe as the media has portrayed.
"Bruno's Bruno. Come on," she said. "You've got to love him. At least he just says it how it is."
